This version of the constitution was ratified by the society’s members at our 101st Annual General Meeting, held on 30/11/2019. The constitution has since been amended to meet the requirements of the Charities Act 2022.
The Charities Commission has approved the amended version, which will be made available to members in advance of the society’s 2024 AGM. For more information, please contact the General Secretary via
