Museums Sheffield looks after Sheffield’s historic botany collections, the oldest known specimen from which is a Strawberry Clover (Trifolium fragiferum) collected in London in 1773.  To find out more about this important and unique collection, join Weston Park Museum’s natural science curator and Sorby President, Alistair McLean, for a talk on the collection and some of the important names associated with it.
