Meetings normally start at 7.15pm and close around 9.30pm. For the room allocation of meetings at some of the venues, you may need to see the porter on the door. Late amendments, additions and cancellations, together with full details of all the Society's meetings will be announced in the Sorby Newsletter, available to all members.
All meetings except Council meetings are open to all members irrespective of the content, as all members are automatically members of all Groups. Identification workshops may require booking in advance – see the Sorby Newsletter for details. Non-members will also be made welcome to attend the meetings and will be encouraged to apply for membership if they wish to return for more! Additional meetings will be organised throughout the year and will be published here when confirmed. Members can also check the monthly Sorby Newsletter for further details of all meetings.
